As of JUNE 2023 the Lightworker’s Log Book Series consists of the 17 books noted below.
Each soul takes on human form to experience certain experiences. And while within that form it can, under certain circumstances, tap into other soul experiences, bring in that information, so to speak, to assist in the current experience. Yet, one is cautioned, there are times when bringing in certain experiences from other soul experiences into the current experience can detrimentally affect the outcome of chosen experiences that the soul has desired to have.
Yes, it is all about desire. One returns to certain realms, to certain areas, to certain vibrational frequencies to experience what it desires—having sometimes experienced the desire previously, or desiring the experience in a new way, or desiring an experience never had before, or desiring an experience to balance all experience—to finally, and at last, leave the area, the realm in which the soul is complete.
Know that as all things false fall away in the soul experience, it is only through stepping inside that one can feel the completeness, the wholeness of which it truly is. As the days upon what seems as the earth realm continue to erupt in steady chaos, it is always in the best interest of each soul to step inside, to dwell inside, to seek solace inside, knowing that all, although ultimately illusion, is yet another aspect of the very Self in which all experience occurs.

As earth continues to adjust to higher frequencies those upon her continue to adjust as well. Among other signs, one may notice periods of repeated varying temperatures, hot then cold, throughout this process as downloads of frequencies continue to bombard the earth field and surrounding areas. As one who has moved through this process many, many times, those on earth are masters at this morphing opportunity. Allow no one to tell you you are a limited being, but know, without a doubt, you are and always have been an unlimited aspect of Source, an aspect of all that is living, moving, and having being within the great void beyond all time and space.
As these steady downloads of frequencies continue it is best to allow certain things to take place, setting aside old worn out habits and rituals. Many note these hints, if you will, but they do bear repeating:
– Stay hydrated with Spring Water (Bottled at the Source is best).
– Maintain a diet of organics, steering clear of additives, GMOs and other heavy food sources in the form of meats. Yet, allow fasting periods and periods where the body may require added protein in the form most suited for each individual and period of time.
– Rest to incorporate these frequencies fluidly — the body does much of it’s re-setting while it is asleep or lying still.
– Love yourself; care for the body; listen and do what feels comfortable.
– Gentle exercise moves energy, releases blockages & encourages proper energy flow.
– Wear crystals to enhance the electromagnetic field & raise vibration.
– Avoid lowering of the vibrational rate through steady monitoring of thoughts, words and deeds.
Know that all are carefully watched and guided, although many may not listen to the subtle soul clues. As the earth continues to lift her veils of illusion so too does the human form, in segments, individually, and steadily, to progress in its evolutionary phase. Many on earth are not yet ready to evolve beyond their current state but shall remain locked in drama and limitation. Allow these beloved souls to continue the human earth experience as they wish to maintain your own vibrational rate.
For those seeking ways to raise and maintain the vibrational rate there are many choices, among them:
* Seek inner guidance.
* Do what gives you joy, sing, laugh, dance, and be creative.
* Employ a daily spiritual practice like meditation, chanting mantras, or envisioning the Earth as one heart-based consciousness.
* Lead with your heart ~ Use the waves of energy in a positive way.
* Use the calming mantra “AUM”; repeat it aloud with a long slow tone.

Having the God given ability to co-create upon this beautiful earth, we are afforded with the duality of outcomes from reactions, thoughts, emotions, and words. As we move further along the ascension path, learning what we truly are and the power we hold within (locked up and hidden for so very long), it is of utmost importance that we pay attention to all reactions and emotions; consider all thoughts and words, and instill in our human mind the truth of our being, a soul in a body having the experience we choose. Knowing this Truth, the only Truth in this world of illusion, we are then able to mold our world to perfection. We do this by changing our negative reactions and emotions to positive ones, by finding the good in everything, every situation, every occurrence.
Reactions clue us into our state of mind, giving us a glimpse of outside and self programming. We can change them by opening our mind to consider other viewpoints. As many more now know, the bottom line, noted so succinctly in A Course In Miracles (ACIM) is: “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.”
Emotions play a hefty role in this earth game, allowing us to heal what needs to be healed within the human brain. One way to reassign their negativity is to feel them fully and then recognize they are, when all is said and done, a reaction to programming. Here, again, we can revert to the above ACIM quote. It may help us get to that point by reminding our self that as souls we take on different forms to uniquely experience and express. As noted in A Course Of Love, “A form is just a representation,” imprisoned within our own meaning. Remember, “It is from your peace of mind that a peaceful perception of the world arises.” Awakening to Christ Consciousness means knowing, without a doubt, there is only Love and Love encompasses all form. “Love is the light in which form disappears and all that is, is seen as it is.”
We mold our world to perfection by considering thoughts and changing them as need be to ones of positively, compassion, joy, and good. We do this by thinking before we use our words and by taking back and changing the words that have already been spoken. Conscious consideration of thoughts while moving though the day assists us to change any negative thinking, to replace out-dated aspects of consciousness molded through false beliefs in a power outside ourselves. While experiencing thoughts of the ego mind we can acknowledge them as human and respond to them as a Divine Being, inhabiting a human form to, finally and at last, recognize the powerful self, with acknowledgment of the Creator behind the Created. We are able to monitor words by remaining present and of service, knowing words create the world we see. When we speak words of duality we can change them to words of unity, recognizing everyone we see is an aspect of our self mirroring back to us.
The Law of Attraction is always working to assure that our unique world unfolds according to our constant reactions, emotions, thoughts and words. As a human, I choose to envision the 5D New World of peace, love, harmony and Light, rather than concentrate on the old 3D world that has really already crumbled.
At this point in the ascension process it becomes vital to recognize all aspects of the small self, to realize that they all exist within, to recognize them, accept them, and consciously live and be the ones in which, I for one, know to be true. For it is only in accepting all the aspects of light and dark that one moves forward in the process of ascension, awakening to the God-like qualities within.
These days are of a far greater importance to humanity than previously thought nor envisioned. They offer an opportunity for humanity to coalesce as one on a much greater level than ever before. This coalescence, bringing together, if you will, is all that is needed to assist humanity in the next step in what many would refer to as its evolution, the evolution of returning to the Oneness of which I AM. This Oneness is apparent in all who seek it and is visible in physical ways to those living the Law of One.
Seek not to displeasure another as another is yourself. Each circumstance, reaction, experience, each seemingly other person one comes in contact with, reacts to, addresses or ignores is yet another aspect of the Self, to be recognized and incorporated within the realm, the physical beingness, the aura, the vibration, the torus of the one completing the work of returning to fullness of BEing.
Know ye all, as these days unfold in a mass of fury and chaos filled with chaotic events upon the earth, each circumstance, each experience, each reaction is yet another clue to assist one on the path of evolution of self mastery, if you will, of returning to the full BEingness of I AM.

Anyone with half a brain can tell you this world is out of control, with ever-changing concepts and persuasions meant to direct mass consciousness into a frenzy of fear and control. But wait, there’s a much bigger picture to be seen, one beyond the false illusion of masking one’s face to mask the True Self. But I’m getting ahead of myself…
As a multidimensional human with the ability to see numerous timelines, I can say, for me, the bottom line, as many know, is that it only matters in matter and, lo and behold, humanity’s True Reality is way beyond the confines of earth life. That being said, it’s important to play the earth game while seeming to be here, following clues offered by our soul, for those astute enough to tap into those clues, and to be aware of a bigger picture than what mass consciousness seems to believe. For each reaction, each emotion and each thought plays a role in maintaining, raising or lowering the body’s vibrational rate.
For review, a high vibrational rate helps one to avoid illness and falling prey to the whims of other people. Our normal vibratory rate is between 62-68 MHz and our brain functions optimally between 72-90 MHz, which some of us are able to maintain, if for only short periods. When the body vibration lowers to 58 MHz it can “catch a cold”; at 57 MHz the flu; 55 MHz candida, 52 MHz Epstein Barr; 42 MHz cancer and at 25 MHz transition begins. So we can see how vital it is to avoid anything that lowers the body’s vibrational rate, from negative thoughts such as fear, to tests and medical treatments, to hypoxia from stemming the flow of oxygen to our body, etc.
One of the best ways to positively manipulate our own vibrational rate is by maintaining neutrality, knowing we are much more than this limited human form. We can further raise and keep our vibrational rate high by being creative, joking, singing, dancing, avoiding mainstream media and watching comedies instead, getting out into nature to ground, etc.
For me, it seems important to know the possibilities, which may affect my ability to secure food and water or maintain a stable living situation. Being able to tap into my own network to alert me of global and local possibilities comes easily while maintaining a high vibrational rate, and this blessing is unmatched by any other.
Tapping into our Higher Self is vital at this time. For those with higher vibrational rates, it’s good to know we can do this easily by placing our hands on our heart, maintaining silence and asking for guidance throughout the day.
