Radiate Love
As these energy waves of consciousness continue to move into the earth, I notice lately the truth we were told so many years ago; energy affects people in different ways. Some people deal with this energy by being angry. We can help those and others around us by spreading love and light if we are ever in the midst of anger. For instance, in the community where I live sometimes people are very angry and yelling when energies are high. When this occurs (and other times as well) I radiate Love from my heart’s core to fill the area. 
This not only helps the body of which my soul experiences physicality, but helps the community as well for remember everything is energy, radiating out into space, so when you focus on your heart’s core and radiate that loving energy out into the world, you help not only your body but the bodies of all those around you. And that radiation of loving energy continues to spread throughout the earth and beyond it. This is a very practical tip that one can use during times when it seems the anger within people is increasing.
Remember, the end result of chaos is nirvana but we must first move through that chaos. You can choose to be in the chaos, or not. You can choose to match and feed chaotic energies or you can choose to neutralize them and nurture harmonious thoughts by radiating loving energy out into the world.

Focus On Space Holding
Focusing solely on what is life-affirming, pleasurable, joyful, healthy, and created in an atmosphere of the clarity of Oneness serves best at this, yet another, momentous time in humanity’s history. There is much yet to be uncovered and transmuted as we continue to burrow down the rabbit hole. Each shocking disclosure is a challenge to remain in the Oneness that now leads humanity into a much more life-affirming stage of consciousness. Please recall, each reaction leads to an experience based upon the reaction. In other words, if one reacts negatively to something that seems abhorrent, or to something that seems justified, it leads to experiencing more of the same type of disclosures and experiences UNTIL one realizes all things are a part of each aspect of the whole. It remains vital to hold space for those life-affirming and higher frequencies by maintaining concentration upon them!
We envisioned this game, and continue to envision it, as the Masters that we are, deciding to experience and express in a reality of free will while trying to maintain a neutral composure filled with Love. But at various points in our grand adventure we decide to change the game to include more confusion, chaos, and darkness, for, as souls we are unable to experience and express in this manner UNLESS encased in a limited frame of existence, i.e. a human form. Having experienced and expressed all states of human existence, we now are returning to the LIGHT and WHOLENESS from which we came, ever so slowly… However, some of us, as human egos have decided that the earth experience and expression is not to be ended, for various reasons.
There are some things that I, seeming to be one of those now slowly returning to the LIGHT from whence we came, will now impart. Absolutely EVERYTHING we focus on brings more of the same to our field of consciousness, just like the algorithms that guide our experience on social media. NO ONE has the exact same experience, and the more one follows the ‘feed’ the more that ‘feed’ continues in the same old circle of experience, unending until we act differently.
Now, as a human, with, dare I mention, experience and expression in darker areas of manipulative reality, it is easy to detect falsities. They are clearly apparent upon first discovering them in my unique ‘feed’ whether that ‘feed’ is on social media, unfolded as a new ‘wonderful discovery’ for the masses to use, in what seems as other people, places, etc. Therefore, one alerted by a wonderful innate now fully functioning G(guidance)P(protection)S(support) system, I accept these negative aspects as parts of my own experience and expression as a soul within souls, and move on to greater frequencies.
As a mass consciousness, if we desire evolution in the Age of Aquarius, we canNOT continue to focus on these aspects of negativity, for it feeds them to exist. But we can focus our full attention into opposite methods of experience and expression and bring these ways into our field of existence. Remember, everyone we see and interact with is a part of our self waiting to be recognized and accepted. For instance, when one reacts to an instance of depravity or downright evil, we can recognize that it IS an aspect of ourselves, which has now served its purpose to experience and express EVERYTHING in what seems as a human form. We can then switch channels after this recognition to now feed our reality with emotions, thoughts, words, deeds, and responses of higher frequencies.
Of course, this method of living is not for everyone because there are still what seem as some people who wish to ignore those negative aspects of ourselves by projecting them outside ourselves…

Group Meditation
As those on earth remain unaware of what is occurring, a great awakening, those aware of this mass effort of humanity continue to function in groups telepathically communicating. Shifting the earth into its future state is not an easy task, but the formation and continuation of these earthly group consciousnesses will continue to assure that humanity as a whole increases awareness of their true state of being.
These physically unseen connections are necessary for efforts to try and keep humanity in lower states of consciousness continue, creating circumstances which can create once again gross disturbances for humanity as a whole. However, multiple group consciousnesses of awakened and awakening humans grouping together telepathically, continuing to envision the new earth, shall overcome the efforts of these dark forces. This is not to say there will not be disruptions for there shall be as multiple disruptions are planned through years 2025 through 2030. At that time the planning has been stopped for the dark forces fully believe they will have taken control of humanity. However, this is not to be so, for the group consciousnesses filled with LIGHT and LOVE shall have overcome all circumstances detrimentally affecting humanity.
It is high time for each and every unique human individual to consider joining those unseen group consciousnesses that continue to make a difference within the astral states of awareness and the earth as most know it. Consider joining your consciousness with these groups and know your efforts make a mighty difference in assuring that the freedom of humanity remains unlimited and unsequestered. It seems best to move between certain groups in meditation that formed organically, knowingly or unknowingly as part of the New Group of World Servers, to join in meditation that continues to support co-creation in a field of Oneness, LOVE and LIGHT.

Frequency Bands
Increasing abnormalities in weather and land disruption can cause one to ponder, and local weather seems disrupted by something other than common means. For instance, visual observation reveals that lately, especially at night, there seems to be a cloudy dome over the area. This is clearly seen for all around the bottom of the dome the sky appears as it usually did before these kinds of disruptions became apparent. What appears as lightening seems to flash from the top of the dome while strong winds whip trees around as if during hurricanes, and sometimes the area experiences bouts of heavy rain, again as if during a hurricane. And yet, there is no hurricane, nor weather alerts.
This comes to mind knowing that energy field disruptions continue, some from the usual modes, but others from energy meant to disrupt, which causes not only this type of weather abnormality, but earthquakes, volcanoes, and other displacements of earth’s land mass. Without delving into the drama of it all let it just be noted that nuclear power has been, and continues to be, extensively studied, and there are actually patents to prove this.
It is said that there are at least forty-eight bands within what can be referred to as earth’s energy field of consciousness. Each band of energy has a different frequency in which humanity expresses and experiences. The higher the frequency, the higher the consciousness and the more able we as humans are able to perceive different realities.
One could say our lower ego is now struggling to survive in a lower dramatic frequency, and this is often perceived as ‘they are manipulating the world to their liking’ while another point of view may be referred to as the knowledge that we as humans are now evolving to a greater state of consciousness, but are not yet, in full force, ready or willing to do so.
The point is that those consciously aware of various perceptions of reality, those holding the Light Of One, those radiating that frequency, must now step up our game, so to speak, to consciously radiate a higher frequency into the field in which human now experiences. Along with the assistance of our galactic family (really more evolved aspects of ourselves) this will, eventually, raise mass consciousness.
As an example of frequency and perception, listen to the cricket frequencies below. Determining the higher frequency is quite easy to do!

Light of One Service
“We wish to address those holding the Light of One for humanity at this time. As a group consciousness, many of which having experienced the earth realms and continuing to do so, as the channel knows, for all is a synchronistic blending of time and space in only one grand experience and expression, occurring at the same time via various frequencies of unique, individual consciousnesses. Those now holding the Light of One shall find it easier to do so as current roles drop away to be replaced solely by what can be referred to as world service.
“Bearing no ill will upon any person, circumstance or condition serves one best at this and all times. As humanity continues to awaken to the divinity held within greater frequencies of consciousness continue to enter earth’s atmosphere, and it is because of those holding the Light of One that these frequencies can more fully ground into the atmosphere, to subsequently adjust all consciousnesses within this realm of what can be referred to as ‘the grand illusion’.

But yet, this fleeting glimpse into the samsara of nirvana cannot be maintained, for it is the choice of those holding the Light of One to experience and express the earth dimension in its fullness. Those holding the Light of One know that these fleeting, blissful glimpses cannot be sustained for there continues to be much to experience within an earthly realm consciousness.
“Having experienced these fleeting glimpses of bliss, those fully aware know that they are sustained in other frequencies beyond time and space. And while in earthly form are yet reminders of this true nature of all consciousness, the Countless spurring one forward to complete the experience and expression of a human in physical form moving up the Ascending Arc in consciousness, while many other unique, individual humans continue to relish in different states to maintain the balance of duality upon Planet Earth.
“Within the frequency of which you now seem to reside the body continues to undergo great change and it is not our wish to tax this, nor other channels holding the frequency of the Light of One.

Reminder
Long ago in a place far, far away the seed of humanity was birthed through a spark of the Divine Essence, which became the One in which all live, move, and have all BEing. This Divine Spark proceeded to experience and express itself through various degrees of separation, with each degree of separation leading to denser and denser aspects of itself until the seed of humanity sprouted forth to become what it is today.
This fully blossomed Spark of Consciousness now continues to enLIGHTen and grow in multiple unprecedented ways, for the current moment of now—in which it experiences—multiple expressions of this aspect of the One in which all live, move, and have all BEing continue to take on denser and denser aspects of what may be referred to as its separate self, forgetting the Divine Spark and Oneness from which it derived.
It is time in this present moment of now to turn the tide and awaken these denser aspects through various means and what may be referred as disclosure on earth seeded by numerous galactic forces. As all aspects of the Divine Spark continue to awaken it remains vitally important to seek only the highest frequency possible to avoid undesired experience. The ruse of separation continues to lessen as humanity continues to move through bridge after bridge leading it to full disclosure of its true nature, a single-pointed aspect of a Divine Spark of an unlimited, boundless Divine Spark.
Those stepping into higher frequencies must prepare to receive continuing transmissions from greater frequencies within its own universe of experience. Each aspect of the Divine Spark of all that is, was, and ever shall be will continue to blossom forth into full BEingness by maintaining the highest frequency possible at all times. The forces upon what may seem as a physical vessel continue to manipulate and change all cells, tissues, organs, and fluids making it not only a more perfect vessel to receive, but radiate and transmit as well. Changing DNA continues along with noticeable fatigue, aches and pains, etc. This too shall pass as all other things.
3D energies continue to get denser and denser and it is more challenging to deal with them before experiencing undesirable effects. Remain in a 5D state of mind to move through these denser frequencies and know adjustments must continue to avoid any disruption that may interfere with the soul’s so-called mission. Know without doubt that aspects of full BEingness are always waiting for opportunities to communicate with what seems as a human on earth.

Possibilities After Death
As humanity continues to move toward greater states of Aquarian awareness it also continues to experience massive loss. This is merely, as all things, a matter of balance as some souls motor toward freedom from the earth cycle while others continue to experience and express in various states of limitation. To be absolutely frank, never did I ever imagine what seems as myself to have experienced what many now move through, to share openly about those experiences, and to continue sharing as guided by unseen forces. This is a plasmic world that has cemented into what it is now via common desires to experience in a realm that has no limits. And it is now coming to the end of it’s cycle. Of course, at the end of each cycle there is always the opportunity to repeat it once again with the knowledge and experience gained in previous cycles.
