Reports note these past three days as being the most discombobulating with all so-called rules of living gone out the window never to be adhered to again. These ways of living such as sleeping, eating, moving through one’s day, etc, are all askew! One may find themselves on a schedule where food choices are no longer habitual but guided by daily soul choices made later in the day or not at all! Dinner may be an hour before bedtime near or after midnight, with no negative consequences such as those repeatedly warned about by so-called food experts. Increased amounts of protein in the form of eggs, dairy, nuts, and meat may rule choices as corporate grown greens go by the wayside. Water intake varies from never seeming to drink enough to not being thirsty and somewhat dehydrated. And yet, it is all due to a morphing physical frame trying to keep up with vast changes in the atmosphere in which humanity resides.
Atmospheric changes occur minute by minute and are not only due to man-made attempts to control both Mother Nature and humanity, but Mother Nature AND Cosmic Frequencies stemming from our ancestral roots continually balancing the playing field. These continual adjustments cause accelerated purging via various means, intestinal, skin, emotions, etc. Teeth problems representing longstanding indecisiveness occur as well and vivid dreams are ‘off the charts’, as one continually wakes to recall purging old ideas and concepts via this method. Word to the wise, the late Louise Hay said vomiting represents a violent rejection of ideas and fear of the new.
Body aches and pains continually change with newbies on the Path experiencing signs ‘senior members’ experienced years ago. Some may feel disruptions in the left side of the body representing feminine energy and receptivity, right side of the body representing masculine energy and letting go, or both. Muscular tightness (affecting our ability to move in life) in thighs (thought-stamping areas releasing), hips (major thrusts in moving forward), knees (ego and pride struggling to hang on) and buttocks (spinal cleansing and activation—arch your back and move the spine throughout the day and night to help the flow of lymphatic fluid) seem rampant at this time. Even bone (representing the structure of the universe) structure seems to change!
The human nervous system, consequently the spine and all connected areas are getting a full workout. Brain (where most of the magnetite particles reside) patterns continually change as dormant cells of the upper dimensional levels activate. “The light of our soul comes into the Waters of Life held in the sacred space of the brain and spinal fluids” (https://www.mayanmystic.com/ 2023: THE GREAT SPIRITUAL AWAKENING: Pt 1). One may move between periods of excessive body heat to almost unbearable coldness due to adjustments made as carbon density releases to make way for crystalline energy currents. As new DNA strands are activated, the psyche, intentions and life goals change. As a side note, those accustomed to channeling may find that higher vibratory guides have stepped back rather than further tax the physical frame.
