There are often those who are misguided in thinking they tap into Source energy. Here are a few tips to those moving toward this long-lost ability.

Frequency changes when tapping into higher realms. The body begins to vibrate at an advanced level, sometimes in the beginning shaking as it adjusts. With this change in frequency comes a change in temperature. The body begins to feel heat as this frequency increases. Some may not wish to withstand this change in frequency and so tap into the astral energies to avoid it.

Those wishing to tap into these higher realms, available to all, must prepare their host. Knowing that a host free of negativity makes a better channel of higher realms. Ponder these words:

Do I wish to be a channel of higher realms?
Am I willing to let go of all I know of how the world revolves and devolves?
Am I willing to change all beliefs to recognize that I AM the Creator?

Dimensions of Consciousness

Dimensions of consciousness are easily left behind as the human mind forgoes the characteristics of each thought form. Each thought form is merely a construct of beliefs taken on when in human form. As this human form changes its beliefs, the constructs that hold these beliefs begin to dissipate (to break apart) into the nothingness from whence they arrived.

Ridding ones self of the thought forms upon the earth dimension becomes cumbersome when one is mired in the dramas of everyday life, when one has chosen to experience family life, expressing and experiencing each unique family member in human form. Dimensions of consciousness are easily traveled when the thought forms of earth are left behind.

Each thought form holds unique aspects. Upon dissipation, each thought form shatters (breaks apart) as unique aspects are separated from it. Take, for instance, the thought form of your body. The body holds many constructs, the arms, the legs, brain, organs, heart and so forth. Taking each of these, doing away with them in the mind, and allowing the body to become an ethereal form without organs, without arms or legs, without feet or eyes or hands, etc, helps to rid one of this construct that can be limiting when traveling in other dimensions of awareness.

Each dimension holds clues to the humans awakening. Traveling these dimensions is easily done in the sleeping state as one dissipates the human thought form to move though dimensions as not a human but as an experience, as an experience had in mind, the small mind of one. This can be the beginning step to moving into greater states of awareness, for it is only when one leaves behind the human form that greater states of awareness are achieved.

We leave you now with this thought: the characteristics of each thought form must be thoroughly dissipated to move though increasing states of awareness beyond your earth.

Merging With Higher Self

“We are the Lemurian Council of Twelve and we are here to report. You earth now spins out of control for many as these new energies settle more fully. All upon your earth now know the energies are quite different than before. As your full moon arrives this month of January 2019, it brings with it greater energies as well. Be prepared as these energies more fully coalesce upon your earth, for chaos may erupt in certain areas.

“Know that we are here to assist those ready and willing to help cement the energies of Oneness upon this New Earth. The chaos arrives to help in this effort as all move quickly toward the chaos and separation or the Oneness and love. There are many upon your earth assisting in this effort. If you are one, know despite your unconscious knowing, you are always guided.

Focus On The Mind Of One

We invite you to visit this space as often as possible as your world seems to make yet another gross adjustment. World events will change drastically in coming months brought on by the ever-changing consciousness of the masses that are now awakening from the dream of separation. This mass awakening will be brought about by what seems to be disruptions in every avenue of life on earth. Those prepared in mind and body will help those yet awakening from the dream of separation.

“Remember, the only way to the other side of illusion is to move through it knowing there is a reason, a season, for humanity’s awakening on a grand scale. There Is No Separation: All Are ONE

“One will seem to experience separation as long as one seems to remain in a body. This state of awareness changes, to a certain degree, when one recognizes aspects of ones self in others. Separation is only in one’s mind. Each mind, each body, has its own experience and lives within its own universe. Each body deals with only its own experience and lives within its own universe, dealing with only the aspects of its own self.

“Recall, all are One and know that as you move though this process, all truly belong and each seeming separate individual in your world is only an aspect of the small separate mind to be recognized and loved for what it is. Love all these aspects as your self no matter their shape, their form, their experience and accept them into your own consciousness. All aspects of your individual experience are only parts of your small mind of one to be recognized as who you are. Accept all these parts, all these aspects. As you do so, the turmoil and chaos within your own individual universe will lessen. Each aspect experiences lessons in the avenues of chaos and turmoil. The blessing of Oneness continues on a greater level for those holding that consciousness.

“The non-attachment to dense physical form will take many lifetimes for many humans. And yet, as ethereal beings it is known there is no separation among you.

Consider your attachments and continue or begin to free them, to let them go. This does not mean you must step away from anyone in your life, nor in parallel lives. We ask only that you use your resonance and your discernment to attract like energies, for moving into this process will become most cumbersome if still attached to the drama of duality.

Humanities Ascension During Chaotic Energies

Beloved Soul Family,

Energies continue to be chaotic for many people. We chose as souls to experience this time of humanity’s ascension and it is up to us to move through them with as little negativity as possible while remaining in the flow of Love and Light. Going with the flow takes little effort. Ego is not very pleased to do this for it means taking a back seat to Spirit, All That Is. And yet, in these times of massive soul growth, it is the only way to BE.

Going with the natural flow means taking a back seat to the physical happenings that seem apparent. These last vestiges of old continue unabated for days to come, while newer, more loving and peaceful, energies fill earth’s atmosphere. Taking into account all that has transcribed over these past few years, one must assure themselves that going with the flow, as opposed to ‘making things happen’ serves one best. As the natural flow of Life continues to mold a better world for humanity, go with the flow. Just BE, relishing in each moment of bliss as it comes, pushing no agendas, but BEing for the sake of living life to its fullest in Truth, in Love, in the Light that your soul came to be.

We Are ONE!

In the likely event that you are wondering, “What is going on in this world???” YES, things are changing rapidly. Humanity is quickly, or not, changing into the state of mind it left so long ago.

For some, that means being faced with circumstance after circumstance of separation, in our own mind, until we realize WE ARE ONE. We are NOT separate. Each person we face is, indeed, a part of our very own self. Yes, the small self here on earth seems separate but we are now faced with the BIGGER picture of Reality, WE ARE ONE in seeming, separate unique form here to experience life in bodily form on earth.

So what can we do if continually faced with situations that appear negative? We can see these situations for what they are, opportunities to recognize aspects of our self, to accept them with unconditional love and to let them go (if need be) knowing WE ARE ONE, WE ARE LIGHT, WE ARE part of All That Is here to shine and share our gifts with humanity.

Many higher realms messages are shared with humanity. One such message, which in my separate mind seemed to come from the White-Winged Consciousness of Nine, bears repeating:

“As the world moves further into chaos it is time to realize that this is yet another means to move all of humanity to Oneness once again. Yes, for once again humanity has stepped further away from the truth of itself, as one essence in unique forms playing and experiencing a life game on planet earth. It is with the greatest respect that we of higher realms discuss soul contracts today. For this is a necessary part of the much-needed return to Oneness.

“As with all things, one must experience duality in order to tell the difference, to distinguish, between perceptions held by human minds. It has always been this way for humanity and that too is changing as all things on planet earth. But again, allow us to discuss how soul contracts play a role in this return to Oneness.

“Many souls agreed to take on human form to help with this much overdue process on earth’s realm. This entails those souls who have agreed to awaken and those who agreed, very gratefully, to take on much darker roles to help their brothers and sisters, those other unique aspects of All That Is to remember their true nature. And it is through their acts of anger, their violence and much-needed chaotic acts that the unawakened souls begin the process of returning to the Light from whence all came.

“This process begins with compassion, compassion for your fellow man. And it is in holding this compassion, within the heart’s core, that the Divine Spark begins to awaken. Make no mistake, each human upon planet earth carries a unique essence of All That Is. It makes no difference what their role is. This Divine Spark is the very essence all have come to awaken during this and subsequent years as earth returns to its rightful vibration of Light.

“We the White-Winged Consciousness of Nine leave you with these thoughts:

“If those of the human mind continue to hold separation within themselves how will the process of awakening unfold? How will those unawakened souls return and remember the Light within if not to experience darkness?”

Helpful Tips & Tools

* Pay attention to thoughts, words and deeds. If they continually dwell in separation, that is what will appear.

* Focus on positive ways to spend time. Read inspiring books, attend and participate in groups that focus on Oneness (A Course In Miracles and A Course Of Love are two such groups).

* Spend time alone without the distraction of electronics and news. Become accustomed to listening for higher realm guidance rather than counting on main stream media or others.
