“Today’s message centers on signs of awakening to humanity’s true nature. Many souls agreed to this natural event to experience before birthing into human form. This is not to say that all souls agreed to do this but all humans are feeling the effects of awakening as earth morphs back to the Light from whence it came.
“For those unaware of the background of today’s message, here’s some information to help you understand what is being said. Earth was a body of Light many, many eons ago just as many other planets. It is now time for earth to return to that state and this will be accomplished within this Golden Age of 2,000 years, which started in 2012. Earth is morphing and changing constantly to return to this state of being and as she does so too must all upon her. Many cannot withstand the changes and leave earth to undergo this process at a later time. Many are not aware of these changes… This message is to expand upon previous discussions to a few particular signs of awakening.
“First there’s the ear ringing. Yes, ear ringing can be a sign of awakening, especially for those with constant tones in their left ear, as higher realms connect with humanity and download certain codes of information. Many humans think this is a medical condition and seek help from health-care professionals. This is not to say that some of humanity may not have what is called a medical condition but only a heads-up to let you know that not all ear ringing is the result of a human deformity diagnosed by the health care system.
“Another condition many humans have trouble dealing … Yes, the veils are thinning and humanity is now much more able to access other dimensions not only while asleep but more so in the daytime. Of course, first the 4-D realm of reality becomes more visible to certain humans and as this occurs many people may feel uneasy, become psychotic, from 4-D attachments. It is with a great deal of caution that I, Wendy Olivia Wright, relay this information. Some people allow their aura to become open, torn, defective, if you will and when this happens along with heightened intuition, this can become more cumbersome. For many humans sense these energies, allow them, unknowingly to channel through them, and become lost in their own reality. Their own life and reality is then replaced with that of these energies from the 4-D realm. This is not a pleasant experience.

As earth continues to adjust to higher frequencies those upon her continue to adjust as well. Among other signs, one may notice periods of repeated varying temperatures, hot then cold, throughout this process as downloads of frequencies continue to bombard the earth field and surrounding areas. As one who has moved through this process many, many times, those on earth are masters at this morphing opportunity. Allow no one to tell you you are a limited being, but know, without a doubt, you are and always have been an unlimited aspect of Source, an aspect of all that is living, moving, and having being within the great void beyond all time and space.
As these steady downloads of frequencies continue it is best to allow certain things to take place, setting aside old worn out habits and rituals. Many note these hints, if you will, but they do bear repeating:
– Stay hydrated with Spring Water (Bottled at the Source is best).
– Maintain a diet of organics, steering clear of additives, GMOs and other heavy food sources in the form of meats. Yet, allow fasting periods and periods where the body may require added protein in the form most suited for each individual and period of time.
– Rest to incorporate these frequencies fluidly — the body does much of it’s re-setting while it is asleep or lying still.
– Love yourself; care for the body; listen and do what feels comfortable.
– Gentle exercise moves energy, releases blockages & encourages proper energy flow.
– Wear crystals to enhance the electromagnetic field & raise vibration.
– Avoid lowering of the vibrational rate through steady monitoring of thoughts, words and deeds.
Know that all are carefully watched and guided, although many may not listen to the subtle soul clues. Your world is amassing great quantities of light; one needs to know what to do with this process. In the beginning when souls were young, the form they held was of pure light, consciousness in action, and all was ethereal, air of little substance, if you will. As time went on the need to experience greater quantities of light and lesser quantities of ethereal matter made it necessary for souls to eliminate the light held, little by little, bit by bit until the now human held form was achieved. As the world continues to spin out of control for many unaware of the true reasons, a return to the star being from which it came, so too does the human form spin, weave its essence to now take on more light and let go of the density it holds, little by little, bit by bit. This great achievement will not come to fruition in your lifetime, to return to the original ethereal form, but it will take on less density of substance and more light.
As this occurs, one must remember to treat the body with the utmost respect, less food and food of lesser density, whole food of original substance and not the food many eat today, having been geo ENGINE ered, or meat. All nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables are more more acceptable to the light form as is the pure water many now drink. The rest required for this body change is very much increased as well as each nerve fiber holds, retains, and then lets go of the very DNA substance it was born with to replace it with adamintine particles of light. Each nerve, tissue, fluid, organ , every body cell requires a change in density to take on these substances of light and as each is replaced, the changes created require rest and adequate fluid. Let no one be known to forget the arduous task the human form underwent to move into greater density, but recall this process, now reversing, will require a less arduous process, but what many refer to as bothersome at best.
