“Stay in your own field of consciousness. Remember, what you feed your head with during the day moulds your 
world. Always recall you are a soul that has taken on human form to experience, to express and to expand its own richness. There are many others in this world who are expanding their own richness as well. The ways they perfect this richness may not be the ways you perfect yours. Stay in your own field of consciousness and know each experiences what it has chosen to experience. There is no right or wrong.
“Remember this is an illusion of your own making. Remember the goal is to experience to the utmost level. This may create chaotic times on your earth but be aware, as you are a form of energy you shall attract what your consciousness holds, consciously and unconsciously. There is no one here but the Self of each unique individual and each unique individual is now addressing those parts it has cast aside. Become enamored with those parts. Address each part as it appears to you and remember there is only love to be given, accepted and known.
and again, only those who have chosen to move though this portal shall do so. These portals are open at all times. Many move through them despite the dates on your calendar. As each soul’s awareness awakens within the physical frame the portals open and the physical frame changes to be more in tune with these portals as the physicality softens to a more ethereal form.
onto your earth. This great assurety of Oneness is for all who do not hold separation within themselves. Remember humanity, you are One. Each person you see, each person you interact with, each person that interacts with you is a part of that Oneness, is a part of you. These are your mirrors as many say. separate individual in your world is only an aspect of the small separate mind to be recognized and loved for what it is. Love all these aspects as your self no matter their shape, their form, their experience and accept them into your own consciousness. All aspects of your individual experience are only parts of your small mind of one to be recognized as who you are. Accept all these parts, all these aspects. As you do so, the turmoil and chaos within your own individual universe will lessen. Each aspect experiences lessons in the avenues of chaos and turmoil. The blessing of Oneness continues on a greater level for those holding that consciousness.
This not only helps the body of which my soul experiences physicality, but helps the community as well for remember everything is energy, radiating out into space, so when you focus on your heart’s core and radiate that loving energy out into the world, you help not only your body but the bodies of all those around you. And that radiation of loving energy continues to spread throughout the earth and beyond it. This is a very practical tip that one can use during times when it seems the anger within people is increasing.
