Aches, Pains: Offer Soul Progression Gratitude

Freedom is just a thought away.

Agreeing (as souls) to take on the garment of physicality brings many unknown experiences, including changes within the physical form that may or may not be comfortable. As we move through the ascension process, especially during season changes, full moons, planetary alignments and times of high geomagnetic activity, it is vital to remain heart-centered and full of gratitude.

Multiple uncomfortable aspects many people now experience include those related to aches and pains. We are here to experience and express in human form. Therefore, we can thank the oppressors that gave us the experience and expression of rage and anger, take back our power and recognize that we are worth more, that we are that of which It is, that we are unlimited aspects of Divinity and need not be subjugated or held down by anyone. This helps us to release those aches and pains held in places such as knees and hips.

Transmutation And Clearing Process

First, give yourself the gift of moving between dimensions, bands of consciousness, as you move through this process. This is easily done by resting or sleeping as much as possible. Set your intention to clear and transmute a specific issue and as you wake each time, you shall recall helpful information to clear and transmute. Whenever thoughts of an oppressor or victimizer arise, thank them for helping you to experience and express, to take back your power to recognize you are an unlimited Divine expression.

  • 1. Focus on your heart, thinking of something that brings great joy. This could be the birth of a child or other joyful event.
    2. Choose a specific ache/pain.
    3. Remain heart-centered while connecting this issue with an event. For example, a piercing pain in the back could be connected with a current or past life where someone stabbed you.
    4. Bring forth the joy experienced in #1 while thinking of the event/oppressor.
    5. Thank this event/oppressor for giving you the experience to recognize your True Nature as a powerful, unlimited being.
    6. Envision tiny blocks of rage and anger dissolving within the affected area as you clear this frequency. You may also choose to massage the area as you do this.
    7. Fill the affected area with Rainbow Light.

Some areas may require several sessions of your concentrated time to fully clear and transmute. In addition, you may also choose to employ non-invasive methods such as sound and light, acupuncture, heat or cold or professional massage.

During times of using the above technique, it is vital to remain hydrated to flush the body’s system. Continue to hydrate as much as possible both during and after each transmutation and clearing session.

Manipulating Energy Consciously

Dear Beloved Soul Family,

One of the reasons I am facilitating bi-monthly gatherings is to help raise the bodies vibration to better move through these highly energetic times. As magnetic beings, our bodies continually respond to the magnetic fluctuations that are within, surrounding and millions of miles from earth. These fluctuations are increasing and will continue to do so over the next few years. Combined with fearful mass consciousness, which often chooses to go back to old habits and ways of living, and the ever-changing mass consciousness of those now awakening (using chaos as the tool to do so — as souls this was the choice), we are faced with a crucial choice. What state of awareness and being do I choose to support and live within?

When one considers the “Law Of Attraction,” the benefits of raising one’s vibrational rate becomes clearly understood.

The choice of how we live is always ours to make but one should know, in these ever-changing times humanity is now moving though a process of bringing to the fore-front EVERYTHING that has been hidden. This means not only what appears outside ones self but within ones self as well. As this process continues, humanity is increasingly faced with body changes, often in the form of aches, pains and what appears as illness and disease (dis-ease on a soul level) to surface these too long hidden shadows.

Again, it is one’s choice as to how to move though these times. As one who has dedicated multiple years to personal and planetary ascension, it’s clear nothing will remain the same so be prepared to make crucial choices as to the direction of life. Gathering with people of like mind helps us to raise our vibrational rate and shift realities from the mass chaos of 3D to the more life-affirming 5D Christ Consciousness.

The next bi-monthly “Conscious Living In The Midst Of Chaos” gathering is scheduled for Thursday, June 27th from 6-7:30 pm. Feel free to join us for “Manipulating Energy Consciously.” Everyone is welcome and group participation is encouraged.

This cycle in your Ascension Process is nearly complete. It shall end in mid-May. As each human body coalesces with these energies, the body undergoes crystalline changes within. These changes cause the body to function at a higher vibrational level. Changes also affect the body in what may appear as detrimental ways as the clearing and cleansing of Self continues. It is vital at this time to maintain health in all aspects, resting as desired, maintaining hydration, eating wholesome foods, for as these energies continue to enter your earth effects upon the body continue.

Know that we are with you guiding this process, which many of you have been through many times before. Know that this is a natural process that all undergo at some appointed time within their own soul plan if they have agreed to do so. Know that as each undergoes this process, the lifestyle continues to make vast changes. The old ways are dropping away quickly for those undergoing this process. Allow the new to enter and replace these old lifestyle ways. There may be a time of great void in many undergoing this process, a time where relationships dissolve, a time where gross disturbances in lifestyle occur, but one must maintain the attitude of being souls undergoing a process that has taken place many times on your earth, while in many forms.

We are the Lemurian Council of Twelve and we wish you to know, the guidance is there for you to tap into at any point in your time/space continuum.

“Those that wish to do so now move into a higher level of consciousness on your earth. Many are experiencing a fluey feeling that is not the usual flu or cold. These are signs of raising the body’s frequency with light codes now coming into earth. Know that as each human body assimilates these light codes the body must make its own adjustments. Some may feel as if they have the flu, a cold or combination of both. Some may experience periods of great body heat with a subsequent cooling down period. Still others may seem to experience headaches, body aches, or changes in eating and sleeping habits. These are common occurrences when human bodies assimilate light codes subsequently changing the DNA within physical frames. Know that as your earth continues to change its frequency those upon her choosing to move into this Christ Consciousness, this light-filled DNA consciousness, shall continue to experience these changes within the physical frame.

“Not all have chosen to move into this consciousness of One. It is of the utmost importance to be patient
with those that have not chosen, in this lifetime, to move into Christ Consciousness. All souls choose before birth. These choices are not made after birth. All souls come in to experience and express uniquely in each life. Those willing to undergo this process of souls do so through a group consciousness, as souls determining, striving to experience and express the Christ Consciousness together.

“We are the White Winged Consciousness of Nine and we wish you to know, not all experience is chosen as a soul, for the free will of humans can lead to unique experiences not planned for. Know that as humanity continues to raise its frequency, chaos erupts, for through chaos Nirvana is reached. Know that each soul moves through this experience and expression as a human with the knowledge that there will be subsequent lives, if not in human form in other expressions of experience and frequencies. Be grateful for this gift of human life and now changes as your winter months unfold. Know that each unique human you see has chosen to experience and express life on your earth at this time of the Grand Awakening and the return to Christ Consciousness for all.”

DNA Changes

“As you move through these earth changes, be aware the body changes as well. We, the White Winged Consciousness of Nine wish to convey, this may not be considered an easy process as your systems and organs change to be more in tune with the changing earth. Body heat signals the mind to know, yes, these changes are occurring. This requires a period of cooling as the body becomes cold. There will be times when one wakes repeatedly to sense these changes.

“Periods of deep sleep coupled with recall of vivid dreams upon waking will signal one in to the differing realities of their own illusion. This is a common occurrence when one begins to recognize the world is not as one has been taught. One may sense other realms of existence in waking hours as well but for the purposes of relating the night experience we wish to continue. One may experience increased thirst with the subsequent need to eliminate fluid. Yet, the fluid eliminated will always be more than consumed during these bouts of body change so do continue to flood the body with fluid. One may also sense dizziness as the result of traveling between differing vibrations of awareness. And yet, the body will appear ‘normal’ in all cases. We relate these changes to set your mind at ease, all is well within the process of change for both earth and body.

“Stand back as things unfold upon your earth. Those ready to move forward in their awareness of Oneness now stand back as the chaos of earth continues at an unprecedented level. This chaos is a necessary construct (idea) to help all recognize the Oneness in which all exist. This chaos brings together those still left in the mire of separation for it is only through chaos that one reaches out for another, seeks the assistance of others, opens with the compassion and love for others. Chaos brings forward those very aspects of consciousness, of Oneness. Chaos brings forward those very unlimited qualities of unconditional love, compassion, caring and truth upon your earth.

“This process unfolds now as your Lion’s Gate opens on August 8th. This date is a date like many other dates and again, only those who have chosen to move though this portal shall do so. These portals are open at all times. Many move through them despite the dates on your calendar. As each soul’s awareness awakens within the physical frame the portals open and the physical frame changes to be more in tune with these portals as the physicality softens to a more ethereal form.

“As those of you who chose to do so move through these portals remember, there are other aspects of your own awareness still waiting for recognition. These aspects shall reach out to be recognized. One must always pay attention to what is in their unique energy field. Be aware of the subtle differences in energies within and around your own physical form and know that these differences are clues to allow you to coalesce more completely with the Oneness of which you truly are.

“You are clearing, transmuting, and cleansing parallel lives to become non-attached. If this is your wish to move into the long ago forgotten ethereal light form it is best to be non-attached to all that transpired upon taking on dense form. We the Lemurian Council Of Twelve know this is not an easy task for humanity. It is because of this that many humans, as souls, did not choose this transformation at this time.

“The non-attachment to dense physical form will take many lifetimes for many humans. But for those few that have chosen to move through this process, in this life, we salute you, knowing it was not an easy soul choice. It is not an easy human choice. And yet, to leave these attachments behind serves the ethereal form by maintaining its purity and Oneness. For recall please, in ethereal form all are already connected, all are already, as you would note, attached. And yet, there is no attachment to singular, separate forms. For in the ethereal form, all are recognized as parts of one another, aspects of All That Is. All in this state of being are aware of their unique attributes adding to the Wholeness of the One Thing in which all reside. And yet, as ethereal beings it is known there is no separation among you.

“So now we return to those of you in human form and we ask, ‘Is this necessary process yet another movement you as a human wish to make?’ Consider your attachments if so. Consider your attachments and continue or begin to free them, to let them go. This does not mean you must step away from anyone in your life, nor in parallel lives. We ask only that you use your resonance and your discernment to attract like energies, for moving into this process will become most cumbersome if still attached to the drama of duality.
