Waves of heightened Consciousness continue to enter earth as we move through its chaos and confusion, which sometimes seems caused by those outside ourselves. Today an X-class double solar flare occurred! And yet, when all is said and done, we are spirit experiencing and expressing in what seems as physicality. The human form is capable of incorporating and assimilating various types of matter to experience and express in various ways via various states of consciousness not experienced or expressed in spirit’s other forms or formless states.
That being related, earth and all within and upon her continues to experience heightened geomagnetic activity due to multiple causes. And now, after personally experiencing these conditions for almost twenty years there’s a clearer knowing of the 3-part process that occurs with each stage of effects on what seems as physicality. Keep in mind, each experience is different and associated with the stage of Lightbody Activation; those beginning to change DNA may experience entirely different effects at different times. Solar flare effects seem to occur in three stages, with those already housing heightened body frequencies sensing them differently than other people.
Stage 1- Occurs at the time of each eruption with severity of light activation signs based on the power and intensity of flares. X-flares cause the most intense light activation symptoms and can be sensed and physically felt when they are occurring. One may experience an inability to sleep coupled with restless nerves (qigong or some type of physical activity helps to balance incoming waves within the various bodies of ones consciousness). There’s also excess gas expulsion, increased intestinal activity and hours later diarrhea. Headaches can also occur.
Stage 2- Incorporation when the waves are registered by man-made instrumentation often result in cloudy skies, heavy downpours of rain and sometimes even lightning and thunderstorms. Again, one can experience insomnia, excess gas expulsion and intestinal activity sometimes resulting in loose stools, restless nerves in feet, and headache. Additionally during this stage one may experience excessive body heat, extreme thirst coupled with increased water intake and excessive voiding, watery eyes, sinus drainage, oily face skin, and ear ringing.
Stage 3- Assimilation of waves into the human body as it then refines during waking hours can also cause diarrhea, along with exhaustion, massive aches and pains in joints, fleeting sharp pain or unexpected movement (pulsations, etc.) in random body parts, bleeding gums and other skin abnormalities. Body refinement continues with body coldness during sleep, and back to back vivid dreams that seem more frequent after strong storms.
This morning’s pre-dawn communication begins upon waking to physically see Light Beings, and as small birds chirp in the tree outside a bedroom window…
“This next passage will be rough for many holding the Light of One, for these cosmic frequencies continue to bring in greater energies for all, to change everything upon Planet Earth. Greater frequencies of all that is, was, and ever shall be shall continue to escalate in frequency, quality, and quantity. Continuing upon the path of the Light of One will assure all those ready to assist in coming days, weeks, months, and years. Continuing to frequent ever-increasing states of awareness of the one in which all live, move, and have all being will assure that the passage remains much sweeter.
“Continue upon your path of Light and Love and care for what seems as a physical form, for in coming days, weeks, and months the energies upon Planet Earth will change yet again to an unrecognizable state. Know that all are guided and watched over carefully, and although few take the time to listen, and follow the guidance and allow the protection, those that do shall continue to frequent the Light of One in a much newer way than ever before upon Planet Earth.
“Know that as all these things continue to change to an unrecognizable state the continuation of morphing DNA continues at rapid pace. Be yet not afraid of what will come, but know that upon choosing to experience and express upon what seems as a Planet Earth the role of master continues to unfold leading all to the sovereignty of which it already is in a more recognizable state of awareness. Continue on the path of Light and Love and know you are carefully watched, guided and protected.”

Throughout the days and nights upon Planet Earth assimilation of cosmic frequencies continues to be the game changer, for not only those within and upon Planet Earth, but due to a ripple effect the entire solar system. Humans continue to morph from carbon-based beings into crystalline-based ones compliments of incoming cosmic frequencies planned for eons of time. This necessary process, as many people know, makes it possible for humanity to evolve along with Planet Earth. Those wishing to partake of this monumental effort shall continue to display unprecedented ways of waking and sleeping, of eating and drinking, of breathing in odd manners while on the cusp of sleep, and, most importantly, of remaining steady in Oneness consciousness.
Remaining in a state of rest serves one best to move through this assimilation process when cosmic frequencies are evident within the field of consciousness upon Planet Earth. For what seems as a me this realization comes either when having an inability to sleep—as incoming cosmic frequencies wreck havoc with the body, necessitating at very least a painstaking foot massage—or feeling exhaustion and various aches and pains during times of assimilation. The nervous system is targeted first as these energies enter our field, so restless feet and legs are clues to take action. Always check with your own sixth sense to determine what actions are necessary. Remember, inorganic methods will delay the process, and may cause more harm than good in the long run…
Looking back on a life packed with growth opportunities I’m so glad those days are over, and yet, I’m recognizing the journey in consciousness, of matter, the journey that led me here to where I am today, to be the best possible version of a unique human individual that I can possibly be, to live and work among those of similar mind for the greater good of humanity, to know that we as co-creators possess the ability to change all circumstances. Nothing is beyond our control. We are the ones we sought to save us for so long.
