Human life may be considered as an excruciating l o n g journey up a single mountain, the top of which appears unreachable, or it can be viewed as a series of hills and valleys. Viewing human life as a series of hills and valleys, with each decreasing in length throughout the journey, affords a wider view and much appreciated change in perspective, for greater knowledge affords one upon reaching the top of each hill. Each valley traversed after climbing a hill becomes less chaotic and shorter in duration before reaching the next hill. Of course, the experience and expression changes with each journey within the previously conceived unreachable mountain top. For what seems as a me the hills are aspects of my own consciousness experiencing and expressing in various frequencies, while valleys are what seems as physical experiences upon reaching greater frequencies. Although the ‘I’ that seems ‘me’ continues to play the earth game in what seems as physical form, both experiences and movement through these experiences continues to become easier.
