Daily experience changes with every bump up in frequency with those receiving and assimilating more light codes feeling the crux of this experience. Remember the four building blocks—fire, air, water, and earth and recall that disturbances in any of these aspects creates a greater field of opportunities for those ready to leave the confines of duality. Living within a dualistic nature has been the treasure of humanity for countless periods of time, but it is now time to say goodbye to this expression because incoming light codes will no longer allow things of a dualistic nature.
Above all else the propensity to care for one’s own physical vessel should be paramount to any other desired experience. Bridge builders within the field of growing awareness now experience more periods of intense body pain, particularly between shoulder blades where a key receptive triangle exists. Moving about one’s day will now necessitate movements of a healing nature that allow light codes to assimilate more easily. This can be done in a variety of ways, and is easily accomplished by merely standing upright and moving both shoulders back and forth, to create clear passageways for light codes to flow through subsequent body parts.
Remember, you are a spirit housed in a non-local form of consciousness, namely a soul, now experiencing and expressing in what seems as a physical vessel. Take care to nurture this Host of One!
